Acceptance of Terms

By using the veganhome.ca, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We provide a plant-based dining and catering service committed to ethical and healthy food practices.

Plant-Based Guarantee

All items served at The Vegan Home are 100% plant-based. We do not use meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, or honey in our preparations.
Ingredient Sourcing: We prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients. However, seasonal availability may lead to slight variations in our menu items.

Allergies & Dietary Sensitivities

While we are a 100% vegan facility, our kitchen may process ingredients containing gluten, nuts, soy, and seeds.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to notify staff of any severe allergies during the ordering or reservation process. We cannot guarantee a completely cross-contamination-free environment for highly sensitive allergies.

Online Ordering & Payments

Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to HST.
Modifications: Once an order is placed through our "Order Now" System, Modifications may not be possible if the kitchen has already begun preparation.
Refunds: If there is a quality issue with your meal, please contact us at +1 416-469-0002 immediately. We strive to ensure every guest has a "Healthy & Tasty" experience and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Reservations & Group Bookings

Reservations can be made via our website. For groups larger than 8, please contact us directly to ensure proper seating.
We hold reserved tables for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Catering Services

Catering for events or office lunches requires 48-72 hours' notice. Specific terms regarding deposits and cancellations will be provided during the booking of your catering package.

Website Usage & Intellectual Property

The "The Vegan Home" logo, food photography, and website content are our intellectual property. You may not use our brand assets for commercial purposes without written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
